My writing covers twentieth-century history, psychology, science, religion and feminism, among many other things. I write in English (my native language) and German (my “mother’s tongue”), and often find myself switching between the two languages during the initial creative process before settling on the one that “fits” the story. My debut novel "The Fractured Man" was published in July 2013 by Scottish publisher Cargo Publishing (now Freight Books).

My second novel is entitled "The Uncommon Life of Alfred Warner in Six Days", and tells the story of different generations of voice-hearers in the same family.

It was published by Black & White Publishing in February 2017, and you can order it here.

I am currently working on my third English novel, which is set in the 1940's Shanghai Jewish ghetto, and revising my first German novel.
